Do I get leads?
Yes. In most cases we convert the lead into a design and take them through the process with you. Where a client doesn't want a design, we pass the lead straight to you to work with. Either way, the work comes to you.
Do I have to give up my existing business?
No — this is a bolt-on to what you already have. It's the lead generation and premium projects, without you having to handle complicated advertising campaigns. You keep running your business exactly as you do now; we simply add a stream of sold work on top.
What if I don't get quality leads?
You're covered. If we don't deliver quality leads within your first 60 days, you can opt out and ask for a full refund. The risk is on us to perform.
How do I get paid?
On every project we sell, you keep 80–90% of the project value — the exact share depends on the features and margin of the job.
How do you know what my prices are?
We set every price together before the proposal goes to the client. In fact, we'll often present those proposals to the client in person, side by side.
Is there any mentoring included?
Not as a formal package — but naturally, yes. As the person leading the company, I work closely with partners to sharpen their business and growth skills, and we run weekly calls. You get the guidance; it's just not sold as a mentoring product.
When do I first see the project?
As soon as a lead converts to a design, we work closely together — and before any price is agreed with a client, you'll always have seen the site first.
Do I need a designer?
No. We take care of all the design work for you.
Do I need my own build team?
Either way works. If you already have a build team, this keeps them full and busy all year round. If you don’t — or you want to grow — we’re building a subcontractor network with our founding partners, so the labour is there when you need it. The more you grow, the more we grow. As they say: teamwork makes the dream work.
How long am I part of the network?
As long as you deliver the work to standard, your seat — and your area — stays yours for the long term.
How soon do I get leads?
Fast. Within a week of becoming a partner, we'll have your ads live and early enquiries coming in.
Is the £3,000 really recoverable?
Yes — you earn it back from the work. Your £3,000 comes out of our share of your first project. For example, on a £100,000 project where our share is £10,000, your £3,000 is returned to you from that. Once you're producing, the onboarding has effectively cost you nothing.
Can I opt out if I decide the work is too much?
Of course. We'll just ask you to honour any work already booked in — beyond that, you're free to step away and hand your area to the next person.
